Sheila is a Nurse Specialist in Te Puaruruhau and the  National Coordinator for the Power to Protect. Sheila provides leadership, coordination and support for the implementation of the Power to Protect Programme at a national level. Sheila has a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Nursing. Sheila has worked in Starship Child Health for more than 10 years.
