Dale is a Paediatric Social Worker working at Te Puaruruhau, the child protection team that works with children and young people where there are concerns about possible abuse or neglect. Dale has extensive social work experience in both the education and health sectors since 2014. Dale is greatly humbled yet proud in supporting vulnerable families and enjoys being the supportive figure in their often traumatic narratives.
