Dr Andrea Vincent

Dr Andrea Vincent is a New Zealand trained Paediatric Ophthalmologist with a sub specialty of Genetic eye disease, working at Greenlane Hospital, in Private practice and with a research lab at the University of Auckland Department of Ophthalmology.

A two year Paediatric and Genetic Ophthalmology fellowship was undertaken at the Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto, with Dr Alex Levin as a supervisor. Dr Levin has conducted much research into Retinal Haemorrhages in TBI, and put his fellows in a good position to assess suspected cases, critically review the literature in this field and be an expert witness.

​Andrea regularly assesses the eyes of children with suspected TBI, and has published in this area with Dr Patrick Kelly, as well as appearing as an expert witness.
