I have been in the NZ Police for nearly 17 years during which time I have held a variety of roles in Waitemata and Auckland City Districts. My first experience of Child Protection was as a detective in Waitemata where I spent several years. Since that time my goals was always to return to the field of Child Protection as a supervisor. In the interim I furthered my policing experience in areas such as financial crime, Police Professional Conduct, burglary and volume crime.
