Emma Gilbert is the Team Leader for Te Puaruruhau with a professional background in nursing, having previously worked in PICU, anaesthetics and recovery, and medical specialities. She has been a part of the service since 2009 starting as a Coordinator in the Violence Intervention Programme and became the Team Leader in 2016. Since starting at Te Puaruruhau she has been a part of the afterhours nursing roster.
